Chabad for the US side of the Falls. No regular daily minyan or kosher restaurant on the US side yet; kosher meals can be arranged if you contact them before your trip. Nearest daily minyanim and mikvah are in the Buffalo area (about 25 min). The Canadian side's Jewish Welcome Centre (shul, seasonal kosher restaurants) is across the Rainbow Bridge.
Verify before going: kosher certification, times and hours change.
